PT HSI Supports Indonesia’s Largest Halal Chef Competition: IN2HCC 2025 at ISEF Jakarta
In its ongoing commitment to promoting the halal industry in Indonesia, PT Haeng Nam Sejahtera Indonesia (PT HSI) proudly served as an official sponsor of the Indonesia International Halal Chef Competition (IN2HCC) 2025, held from October 8–12, 2025, at JIEXPO Kemayoran, Jakarta. This prestigious competition took place as part of the Indonesia Sharia Economic Festival (ISEF) 2025, hosted by Bank Indonesia.
IN2HCC sponsored by PT HSI was attended by Destry Damayanti (Senior Deputy Governor of Bank Indonesia), Chef Adie Miartadi (President of the ICCI), Muhammad Aqil Irham (Head of BPJPH), as well as representatives from embassies of Muslim nations
IN2HCC 2025 brought together talented chefs from diverse backgrounds, from Islamic boarding schools to professional kitchens, both local and international, to compete in a culinary showcase that celebrates halal lifestyle and creativity. Every ingredient and cooking tool used in the competition was required to meet halal standards, reinforcing the event’s vision of integrating faith, culture, and craftsmanship in gastronomy.
The event was graced by notable figures including Destry Damayanti (Senior Deputy Governor of Bank Indonesia), Chef Adie Miartadi (President of the Islamic Chef & Culinary of Indonesia), Muhammad Aqil Irham (Head of BPJPH), as well as representatives from embassies of partner Muslim nations, adding prestige and international recognition to the event.
